Spray On nightshades writeup
Ok, here we go-
step 1-remove taillights (4 screws) and twist the bulbs out of the housing (also a good time to spray this part of the bed out to get rid of mud)
step 2-Use 2,000 grit sandpaper and some soap/water to clean the lens GOOD, finishing with cold water to rinse soap, etc away.
step 3-Shake can for approx. 2min, to get the liquid to spray smoothly, spray taillights from end to end lengthwise to attain the most even coverage.
step 4-allow first coat to dry, and apply 2-3 more coats, allowing approx. 10min for coating to get tacky.
step-5 let lens cure fully for 24 hrs before installation.
NOTE-This is basically a 1 shot deal, if need practice a bit BEFORE application.
The spray is in a white/purple can from advance auto parts for about 13 bucks

personally I think it is a PERSONAL CHOICE of whether or not to spray your lenses or not, and actually I can see my lights perfectly at night.......besides like reax said there are laws to abide by and so on, but if you dont like blackouts, then no use using bandwidth for complaining....just my .2
