Im looking for a set, I wanna stay pretty conservitive since this is a family vehicle ive seen people with all different kinds and sizes, I want to run my stock turbo and hpop as long as i can and im not looking to sled pull or giant dyno numbers 325 would be nice, and i like to blow alot of smoke and occasionally eat up a ricer. and i will send the chip back to get tuned for them, any ideas of a setup that would fit the bill
Stage 1s will get you around 350-370 at the wheels, but you may need to address the turbo. A 1.0 exh housing would help, along with a WW if you don't already have one. The stock turbo surges pretty easily with stock injectors. 20 extra cc of fuel will make it worse.
And I love my Casserly/Full Force sticks! Good luck!
I bought used and dealt with Cass personally (his link is in my sig)...very awesome guy..I bought his injector used from some other guy and had trouble with them..Cass sent me a couple injectors and a new chip to fix the issue free of charge...he didn't need to do that cause he never made a dime off of me .. he new they was his injectors and he took care of me any way's....my next set will be with Cass him self...
Can anyone tell me the difference between AC codes and Stage 1's?
Nothing, they are both single shots, flow 160cc of fuel and utilize a stock nozzle. Although when someone says 'AC' injectors I usually assume they bought/want new 'AC' codes from Alliant and is they say Stage 1 they mean reman.
Just my opinion, but one of the HUGE benefits of going with AC's is they're brand new injectors, not remanned units. There's less chance of anything being wrong with the sticks.
How often does something go wrong with remans? I also see that Clay sells reman AC codes, so are reman AC codes and Stages 1's basically the same thing or is one better to get than the other?

Knock on wood, I haven't ever had to warranty a Casserly injector yet. I run his injectors in my truck and will be putting in hybrids later this spring. Personally I would just go with either that fits your budget as they will yield the same performance.
Thanks, this is something I'm trying to plan now for about 6 months down the road. Plan on doing Stage 1's and a Van Turbo, but not until the end of the summer. Got a bunch of stuff I want to do first.
OT: Clay, did the JW VB come in today? Give me a call when you get a chance so we can complete that order.
