Budweiser bottles in Alaska have their own label, where the Anheuser-Busch symbol should be there is a polar bear instead (go figure) with "the last frontier" (Alaska State Motto) written underneath it. I was wondering if Alaska is the only state that has their own custom label?
Certainly, we have our own label in South Carolina too. Ours is a picture of Bubba enjoying some BBQ and Bud after Cuzzin Bo backed into the mobile home and knocked it off the blocks.
Texas has thier own I know. Both on the cans and bottles. In the blue circle where you normally see A-B for Anhieser Busch, there is an outline of the state of Texas with A-B inside it. Pretty cool lookin.
Sorry, I don't drink gnat's urine. Try a good brew like Sam Adams, Magic Hat, Guinessess, Bass Ale, Boddingtons, Murphy's Irish Stout, and at home, make your own.
Not a fan of Bud... too much rice in it for my taste. My usual beer of choice is Miller Lite, but I also like Guinness, Labatt's Blue (when I can find it down here in the States), or Sam Adams. Most of the time, though, I prefer Jim Beam. They've been making the World's Finest Bourbon for more than 200 years now, and they know their business well.
Hmm... it's Saturday evening...cows are fed, no races on TV... might just have to go out and do some "Field Testing"
First rounds on me, people! Belly up and name your poison!
The only way a bud can taste decent is if it's chasing a shot of JD or Johhny Walker. Otherwise, I drink Ice House, whatever my friends bring over............
