Does it up shift all gears very quickly, shifting into drive long before it should have, even shifting into OD bellow 45mph?

Doing so in a very short distance, say before you've gone some 80-100 yards after taking off from a stand still?

yes, very quick upshifts at low RPMs, I will have to test the OD MPH. It does get into OD ok though and you can still use the button to shift out of OD. I am going to try pulling the codes this weekend and also disconnecting the battery to clear it. I will post the results. May be later Saturday as there is snow coming tonight.
