Raining inside cab

When it rains hard or when I wash the truck I get drips all over the floor under the glove box. Sometimes water pours out! Is this the fault of a leaky windshield seal, or a bad seal on the heater box, cowl louvers? I cannot tell where it is coming from. Anyone have any ideas?

These trucks are known for rotting the roof onder the windshield rubber , I have only seen one truck that had rot under the cowl because these were all galvanized metal. If you need to remove the windshield , cut the seal out and get a new one. It is almost impossible to remove the windshield without it cracking and by cutting the seal out. Try flooding the area with a hose , start low and work your way up to the top of the windshield area, this will help pinpoint where and how high the leak is. Best of luck.

It could be that the cowl is clogged up. This thread might help a bit.
