I am in the same boat; I don't think there is an aftermarket source for the pearl (white) *****.
The ones I have seen, seem to damaged by years of ultra-violet light, and are cracked, and broken.

You might try looking for those on an earlier vehicle/car. The equipment found on the trucks is usually typical of that found on the cars 2 to 3 years prior.
So, if you go to the C&G catalogue (for example) and look up ***** for - say- a 47 to 48 Ford Passenger Car, here is what you will find:

PS One other thing you might consider if you really get stuck, is contacting a shop that restores Steering Wheels. They may be able to cast you a lot of your ***** (if you have an original) - in whatever color you want, and you could both go in on the price or sell the extras to other members.

Larry Bordanano somewhere in Ca. can make your ***** for you . His business name is Old Tyme Replications .If any one needs more info I will look it up in the reciepts dept .He reproduced some off white ***** for the stock '52 radio .They are perfect .
