You might try looking for those on an earlier vehicle/car. The equipment found on the trucks is usually typical of that found on the cars 2 to 3 years prior.

PS One other thing you might consider if you really get stuck, is contacting a shop that restores Steering Wheels. They may be able to cast you a lot of your ***** (if you have an original) - in whatever color you want, and you could both go in on the price or sell the extras to other members.
