Service engine light question
My van is a 2003 E150 with a 5.4L engine. During some recent maintenance the PVC valve was left disconnected from the valve cover. This resulted in a Service Engine light. I've reconnected the valve and the fluttering noise went away, the engine now runs smooth again.
My question is: Will the engine light go out by itself or will I need to reset it?
