Factory nav w/ adding new sub

I want to keep my factory navigation in my 08 250 and remove the factory sub and install 2-10" kickers behind the seat and wondering what is the best options to do this and having the system actually sounding good. And also I was thinking about getting a lockpick for the nav, so I can watch DVDs while in motion, do those work good for the price that they actually cost?

I don't know about the lockpick, but adding subs shouldn't be difficult. Line out converters (LOC) will take the speaker level outputs down to RCA's, and will give you options on amps and equalizers. I am currently running an OE head unit, a LOC and sub/amp setup and it sounds pretty decent.
