WTB Factory Nav Unit
WTB factory navigation unit for a 2009 Sport Trac. Does anybody know where I can get my hands on one?

Not sure if it will help but if you know the part number of the unit you want, they can be bought from ebay. I am looking for a factory Radio for my sport trac as well, just having trouble figuring out which part number actually came in the truck. Do you have the factory unit that came in your truck?
