I'll see if I can find the paper, for the Formal Name. It's an issue with the brake fluid sensor.

OK...speed control sytem. 09S09B is the code. Install Universal Fused Jumper Harness-Applies to All Veh Excpet 92-93 E-Series and 93 F-Series vehs, insp scds harness connector for presence of brk fluid, install ufjh. That's the recall letter and correction from Ford.
