TPS PROMBLEM

I'm on my 2nd TPS in two months anybody have a clue what could be burning them out the frist one i had a hot pedal mod 2nd one installed the way it comes out the box

They are pretty reliable.
How is it failing?
What are the symptoms?

Also what part number are you using?
Thought they are no longer available separate from the peddle assembly.

it starts cutting out when on the hwy. like the truck is missing. NAPA part #699-200

Have you tried changing your CPS?, just a thougth.

Yeah it could well bew the cps, or a host of other things.

my trucks doing the same thing it has the hiccups .. but if you give it throttle it smooths out.. I have a new cps too .. I just replaced injector O rings and was told by a diesel mechanic that it could still be air bubbles in the tubes under the valve covers (forget what its called ) could this be it ? .. it doesnt happen all the time but always at highway speed

new CPS from ford. i had thi promble a couple month ago ford sad dirty injector (what do the know ) so on just a thought i change the TPS and it went a way now it back changed it again and all good for now and hopefull for goody
