I have a 1986 Bronco2 that is stalling when slowing down to stop.
This occurs between 2nd and 1st gears. I've recently replaced the dcap, plug wires, power brake booster and the TPS. I've checked to make sure that there ar not any vaccuum leaks. I'm wondering If I missed one. Any ideas?
Does it stall while slowing down if you put the transmission in N while slowing down? When you say it occurs between 2nd and 1st, what, specifically, is happening?
Originally posted by Ken00 Clean or replace the IAC, this controls the idle speed, adjusting the throttle plate is not the correct way to fix the problem.
