is there a number(s) or letter(s) in the vin of a lightning that would be different than a regular f-150? i know there probably is but i just wanna know if this is an actual lightning rather than a clone. thanks
there is a engine code letter in the Vin. when you run the vin it will show up different then a typically 5.8. i believe the code is H. i might be wrong though.

ehh its all good. from a distance the truck looked beautiful but up close the paint is really rough. he took a rattle can and painted the mirrors and door handles, dash has a few cracks, no carpet. he showed me roughly 3000 dolars in recipts from new brakes, rebuilt trans. overall its a decent truck, it just needs some tlc.was askin 5 grand got it for 4. 105000 miles.
