i voted no change but im hoping it was my dirty fuel filter that was hurting my mileage last summer. with new filter im currently getting what i was last summer. fingers crossed i can get the 2mpg increase that others are saying. i would be very happy with 17mpg.
Winter blend??
I burn #2 year round with a half a bottle of DK on fill ups,am I doing something wrong?
didn't know any different and been doing this for 3 years. I do live in cold climate.
I lose about 2 mpg most of the winter but I think this is mainly due to all the time spent idling/warming up. If I fill up while on the road and run that tank, I usually get about the same as I get during the summer (15mpg). It also seems like I get an extra decrease in mpg when I use extra anti-gel.

i was thinking the same thing about the antigel...spring is about here so i wont be using it for long...maybe one more tank. When does the winter blend get phased out in the south east?
