i just changed the oil and filter on my 460 it had a fram filter, and i put 10-30 penzoil in it and a baldwin filter wow! the oil pressure got way better atleast 30 pounds, whats up with that??????

Sounds like the filter was really dirty and the releif valve pressure had not been reached. To tell it increased 30 PSI, I assume you have an aftermarket gauge because you can't read PSI on the stock gauges, regardless of how they are marked.
yeah the oil was nasty, thined out and BLACK, its got an oil gauge in it, it goes all the way to 60 psi now. when its warmed up it idels @ 25-30. bearings must b ok for now now i just wanna figure out why it shakes above 2000 rpms something not balanced right i figure

Flywheel crank mismatch. It seems that there are interanal and external balanced cranks and flywheels. Get one of each and you are gonna have vibration. Or it could be as simple as a bad spark plug or wire.
