2000 f250 stalls when

my f250 stalls when i turn on ether my headlights, wipers,ac/ heater not sure where to start i had both battery's tested there good any help would be great thanks

Welcome to FTE. Where did the CPS (aka CMP) sensor in your truck come from? The after market ones have had weird issues like this before. Never heard of the heater before since that's basically just vacuum operated, but the wipers is very common.
