tranny swap????
Im changing my tranny from a C6 to an E4OD, my truck is a '92 f250 with a 5.8 ltr. Im looking for any info on which computer I need to look for? Do I need to specify what options my truck has? I notice that the computers for E4OD trucks have different codes on them, this confuses me as this is my first truck with a computer. Is there a company I can send my computer to and have them program it for an E4OD?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can get a stand-alone controller for the trans.
Not cheap, but reprogramming a stocker may not be easy, or cheap....
