When I hop in my truck and turn the key to on position and/or start it up there is about a 15-30 second delay till i hear a little "click" noise like a power source turning on a relay or something little that receives power.
Until I hear that "click" I have NO: Power windows, Windshield wipers and The lights on my door panel (lock/unlock; window up/down buttons) don't light up Those are the only obvious things off the top of my head i can think of and maybe it stops more that i dont know about.
Anyone have this problem? Anyone know what I mean by chance?
Hey what are you driving...Sounds to me like the gem module if you truck has one...Some do some dont depending on year and model ...Try the search for gem on your truck...Post back what you find..Good luck Matt
Ive never heard of "gem". I was thinking maybe a relay or something was going. I think it all started because water got on the electrical panel in my door....
