Excursion feels very sluggish
I recently purchased an 03 Excursion with the 6.0 and lately it feels very sluggish. I try not to have a heavy foot when starting from a stop, but at anything below 2K rpm's it feels very slow. Any ideas? Are there any quiet exhaust systems that will increase performance? Handheld tuner to increase performance slightly?

Try getting into it a few times, see if it helps. It could be that your turbo is sticking in low boost which would result in what you are feeling. If that is the case then the turbo is going to be needing at the very least to be taken out of the truck and cleaned and possibly replaced. This problem, if it is what is going on can lead to overboost situations which can and will stretch the headbolts resulting in headgasket failure.
