special thanks to jowilker for recommending this one. i cant wait to read it.
I really appreciate your help and am sure I'll be asking more later. This one is slightly different than my 52 F-100!!!
I got a 72 Sport Custom and bought alot of parts before takeing truck apart. Now that i bought these parts i ended up finding a solid cab and didn't need the parts. Let me know the parts you need and maybe i can help you with some.

Well, main thing I need is RF fender, front bumper, grill, and driver's side door.
Will also eventually want to replace all the side trim pieces, the tailgate trim panel and some interior parts.
If you will, email me with a list of what parts you have - I may be interested. Where are you located? I am in west central Georgia.
My email address is philjohnston105@yahoo.com
Thanks much.

1972 Ranger XLT (there were no Lariats until 1978). If it is an XLT, the side mouldings/tailgate finish panel have wood graining.
The fenders are the same: 1967/72 F100/350.
The door shells are the same: 1968/72 F100/750. 1967 is different.
The door skins are the same: 1968/72. Ford didn't offer door skins in 1967.
The chrome front bumper is the same: 1964/77 F100/350.
The grille frame is the same: 1971/72 F100/350. 1970 is different.
The two plastic grille inserts are right/left specific and are 1972 only. 1971 is different, 1970 is different from 1971.
1970/72 Ranger XLT side mouldings and the tailgate finish panel have wood grain inserts (decals). The side mouldings are 3 5/8" wide.
1970/72 Ranger (not XLT's) have the same width side mouldings, but instead of wood grained inserts, black paint was used instead.
1970/72 Ranger (not XLT's) tailgate finish panel is similar to the XLT, but is painted black where wood graining is used on XLT's.
Sport Customs do not use the same side mouldings, as they are 1 1/2" wide.
The Sport Custom tailgate finish panel is not the same as 1970/72 Ranger or Ranger XLT.
All the above parts are obsolete.
Good luck finding a new XLT finish panel. AFAIK, no one reproduces it. The last time I found a new one...was in 1980.
Wood 'n Carr, located in Signal Hill CA, can redo the finish panel and the side mouldings, but the price will be outrageous!
The wood grain decals used on the side mouldings/tailgate finish panel (were not available from Ford) were/are made by 3M and are known in the biz as Di-Noc.
3M still sells this stuff, but it only comes in a huge roll...there's enough material in one a these rolls to redo 500 XLT's.
btw: There is no such thing as a 1952 F100, it's an F1. F100's were introduced in 1953.
