Edge Evolution installed
All, just wanted to post an update. I just finished installing my Edge Evolution. One thing of note- It is not often you (at least myself) buy something that installs and works just like it is advertised. I have not had a lot of chance to play with it yet, just drove down the rode a little. The ability to monitor just about anything I want (including EGT) is nice. I also noticed a little power gain on just the "economy" setting. I actually purchased it for towing my fifth wheel camper later this year, can't wait to see how that works out. I was worried about drilling into the exhaust manifold just below the turbo uptake. Went easier than I anticipated. Used the "graduated" bit method and vacuumed out afterwords. I did have a little trouble finding a "pipe thread" tap to use. Had to go to Sears and buy a whole set (darn, I hate having extra tools). Have a good weekend all and be safe.
