So i can get away with just buying the hubs? Someone said conversion kit needed but you guys say I can bypass it by cutting a vaccum line and jamming it shut with a screw and rtv around it?

I did not use any kind of a conversion kit ! Jammed a screw in it and carried on. Had them in there since 08 and haven't had a problem with my 4WD since.

Put these on:
Amazon.com: Warn 38826 Premium Manual Hub Kit: Automotive

Then just unplug the line at the vacuum pump and cap the port. No need for screws or anything else. Leave the lines hooked up at the knuckles to keep dirt etc out of it.

YA... what he said !

I put in a plug at the knuckle and plugged the hose... both works... That way might be a bit cleaner though !!

Just get a pack with assorted sizes, they'll look like this:
Amazon.com: Vacuum Caps Incl. Four Each 1/8/3/16/0.25/5/16/3/8 in.: Automotive

Don't get the black rubber ones, they crack and degrade easily.
