Interco ssm16....
hey all, i just had a quick question. I am purchasing a set of interco ssm16 tires, size is 295-75-16. I am also buying mickey thompson classic lock rims. My question is should i buy the 8 or 10" rim?? I plan on doing just a 4" lift down the road so i thought the 10" would be better for a variety size of tires. They have a 4 1/4" offset, how far will they stick out from fender??

Your OEM wheels are 16X7 and have approximately 4.5" of back spacing. So the 16X8 wheels will stick out approximately 1" more and the 16X10 wheels will stick out approximately 3" more. Unless you see yourself going to a taller/wider tire than the LT295/75R16 in the future, I would go with the 16X8 wheel. However, if you like the look of the wide stance wheels, go with the 16X10 but you will have a lot of debris on the side of your truck. You may want to add some fender flares with the 16X10 wheels...
