im betting thats going to be the new popular tire for every other lifted superduty/mall crawler out there.....looks like they got some alright tread......id like to see somebody wheelin on 24's...haha
I think Interco just got bought by the French or Japanese or something
Maybe they need newer tires to appeal to those that read the 4x4 magazines that never actually take their vehicles off road. Why else the vortech? If I was going to bother with a 37" tire (for mud) I would want a real mud tread or a much wider tire for on road use.
Then again, is it for a real 24" truck rim? I doubt it with only a 3100 pound rating. Meant solely for bling on a light truck rim, imho. I would like to see it go against other Interco tires head to head in the mud and rocks. Not siped enough for snow traction.
I think the SSR (those I liked in mud) would give you more traction.
Kinda looks like the new Mickey Thompson crusher or something like that. I wouldnt buy them but probably not bad when trying to drive up on the curb at the mall.
Could this be the Thornbird replacement weve been waiting for?
"Several design features have been taken from our best performing all terrain and mud terrain tires."
I dont see Interco (hardcore mud/rock tire company) marketing two POS AT MT hybrid tires regardless of who bought them out.
They don't look bad for DD or trail use tire, not everybody needs an ultimate mud tire all the time, besides, if they can keep the company going well we all benifit. But I have to admit I'd rather see them make something even crazier than the Bogger, (or did they already make one called the thornbird?)

It's strange that interco hasn't sent me any info on this tire yet. When the vortrac came out they sent me a info sheet in the mail. I don't even have a price for the new tire yet.
It is good to see interco branching out their tires. It will increase their sales. I wouldn't wheel the new tire but I would run it on my superduty that sees mostly highway and towing duty. Hey it has to be better than the BFG AT LOL.
