Is this oil any good?

Cause O'Reilly's is selling 2 gallon jugs for $19.95 plus $4.00 rebate so $15.95 for 2 gallons.



Cost much less than the Walmart Shell Rotella or Walmart brand.

my local tractor suypply has this stuff really cheap too, been debating trying it out

 

we ran the mystic 15w40 in all our trucks, cars, tractors, everything that used oil got the mystic 15w40 for at least 25 years untill the distruibtor here went out of business,
never had any problems. also never had a powerstroke back then so I don't know about the high pressures or foaming!

 

I can't vierw citgo website right now but the oil had several application codes and a couple were for Diesel application.

 

I got turned on to Mystik in 1985. had a 1980 Peterbilt 400 Cummins engine it was using oil, friend turn me on to Mystik cut my oil consumption in half. It doesn't break down like other oils do. Changed every 12,000 miles also used in a 3406 Cat. diesel. Gear oil, multi purpose grease and Hi-temp grease all really good stuff.
It was made by Cato Oil Co. Oklahoma City, OK. back then.
