dash code e 08 6

dash code is showing up on my odometer anyone have any ideas what i need to do to fix it? speedo needle sweeps at first turn of key then nothing after that bout all i can tell you.

nope not a clue other than the speed sensor in the trans might be bad

check the connector under the dash on the passenger side to see if the wire is grounded out it is going into programming mode

darthice thanks for the response ill check that out glad someone else had the problem to bring the thread back up the board. if it is in programming mode how do you get it out?
