Which tool for OBD 1 scanning?
I need recommendations for an OBD 1 code tool, I just want to get a code I can lookup, check engine bulb is bad and Im not pulling dash just to count the blinks. just want my codes.

Anyone have a tool they use?

An equus 3145 will read/store/display the codes. Very easy to use.

Does it come with a booklet to tell me what each code means?

Yes it does, but I use my Ford service manual for the code definitions.
