fast blinking is a failed bulb.

I do agree that my experience has been that if a bulb is burned out, they will blink faster as the burned out bulb is acting as a shorted one. I will be replacing the module this weekend, so we'll see. All of my bulbs are new and they all work, so that is not the problem.

Module fixed the problem. I love $3/5 minute fixes.
