The Stainless steel lower bezel with Argent paint and black scrip were introduced in 64 and only for custom cabs with the chrome plated steel speedometer bezel.
They do not fit the 65 66 dash due to the steering column reveal. They can be made to fit with a bit of filing at the top where the tangs extend to meet the screws to hold the speedometer bezel in place. Looks a bit hokey though and it will touch the steering column and hide the reveal.
The 4x4s used the earlier dash for the 65 F100 and F250s and for the 66 F250.
