I NEED A ELETRICAL GENIUS TO HELP

Please someone help. I dont have all the info here its in a different thread the wrong one Im sure. But if you search nickp1362 you will get it. 1999 F250 LD 5.4 upstate NY, blizzard outside 0 Degrees! Basically my turn signals and brake lights stopped working. Been testing everything multi function switch is still good, fuses good, relay good, 12V at fusesand like 6 to 4 at multifunction switch connector pins. Is there a break in wirning or trailer connection shorting out?

Move your tilt wheel and see if they try to work. If they do, there is a plug down inside the steering column that is trying to come apart.

no power to switch

forgot to mention no tilt. is this plug on the steering column itself? i did drop the steering column last winter to check my heater fan maybe that loosened it up. Like 2 weeks ago i also pulled the fuse block down to see if anything was loose on the back side cause my wipers weren't working all the time. But they're working now. Does anyone know if the power runs through the brake switch then to the fuse block and to the multifunction switch or from the fuses to the brakes then to the multifunction. I have power at the fuses none at the leads going into the plug that connects to the switch.

blue wire and white red wire

just did some testing I have 7.25V to blue wire at multifunction switch plug and 3.25V at white red going into switch. On the electric diagram says both are hot in Im sure they need to be 12V each one. Those voltages are constant so I really think they are grounding on some thing and its stealing power.

Is this diagram in the link correct for your truck?
AutoZone.com Repair Guide Image

They way they have it, you have separate brake lights in the rear. Do you have separate red brake lights and amber turnsignals in the rear, or is this diagram wrong?
