need ohm specs

im pulling my valve covers tomorro to see whats going on, hoping i just have a harness issue. but i want to ohm out the pins asap before i go digging into this thing with the wallet out. i need the pins from left to right and which pins am i jumping to test? i know its g's and i's lol do i leave the key off when doing this?

if i do have to buy 2 new harness's how much does ford sell them for? do i need new pigtails as well or is it just a kit i buy?

if you are testing resistance, you never power the circuit. =)

VC's from clay are around 60 dollars, and vc harness are close to 30.
