Low Boost Question

Low Boost Question
So I have a 01 Ex with the 7.3. I just replaced the uppipes with Inter bellowed up pipes from Riffraf....I still believe that I am low on boost. My edge attitude is still only showing mid teens of boost? What else would cause low boost?

when i had my edge it would only show the same as yours. I replaced way too much before i took it in to get looked at. the shop told me everything was fine so i got a good set of autometer gauges and it showed my boost in the 20s but the edge still was reading low. So i got rid of the edge and got a Dp tuner and have never been happier.

Air filter is brand new and spider looks good. It is good to know that others have had reading problems with the Attitude monitor....I have thought about that. I got the Edge for free so I through it in. I plan on doing the DP, but need to do the intake and exhaust first....and since I just did the tranny and up pipes I'm in a holding pattern for a little bit. I will look at hooking up to a different guage and see what I come up with.

also it may be a stupid question, but do you have any type of OBA? I believe the edge reads boost from the PCM and therefore the MAP, so if you have an OBA you could be reading teens but really getting higher
