I think im gonna go back to the stock drop brackets and go with new camber bushings first.

I'v looked at the local parts house online and they have everything from 1/4 degree to 2 3/4 degree. Im thinking i need the 2 3/4 degree, but i dont wanna go to far.
Or should i get adjustable ones? i dont know how far they go though

What is everyone running in ya'lls trucks

Does anyone want to give me a d60??? or even a solid d44???

Iv decided i hate TTB, and as soon as i find a solid its coming out.

But in the mean time, i ended up much worse this evening then when the day began. I got home from class and started on removing the drop brackets. No biggie. I bolted the stock ones back on and was positioning the axle when i noticed something by the diff housing. It was a bearing cap from the middle u-joint. So all of it has to come back apart. Lucky i already had the pass. side apart because one of then new rotors i got had cracks in it and it getting replaced.

This is getting ridiculous. Ohh well, i gotta finish it.

The adjustable bushing thake 5 min each. Just jack up the front end, remove the tire, loosen the upper b-joint pinch bolt and pry out the factory sleev with a prybar, set the new sleev in place, tap it down, put your tire on and turn the sleeve to get it close.
Or, since you have to get it aligned anyway, have a shop do it for you.

p.s. as for the rubbing problem, you are going to want to get rid of thoes drops, it sounds like they are putting the axles at a bad angle cousing them to rub.

OK this is where I get confused. Stock drop brackets? WTF are those? On a stock truck there are no drop brackets. The end of the TTB arms are bolted into the crossmember.

The stock drop brackets are the one that are bolted or riveted to the frame. The pass. side is bolted to the cross member. the drivers side was riveted and actually uses the cross member as part of the bracket. They dont really drop any, and i dont know why i keep calling them that. So well call them the stock pivot brackets. Sound Good???

Mr. Finch- is it really that easy. iv never done it. I took of the retaining nut last night, but i didnt want to pry to much, i thought the whole knuckle had to come off, as well as getting new ball joints.I hope its that easy.

Thanks for all the help. Im slowly making progress.
