We had 3 full days of constant rain last week. That is not too common in Arizona. My bedrug was a tad damp towards the front after all the rain. However, I don't have the drain tubes hooked up. For as little rain as AZ gets, it wasn't worth it to me.
^yeah I heard some of you sunny weather guys don't hook up the drain tubes. I installed my drain tubes and my bed stay dry. The only noted exception was that I once noticed some minor drips along the front bed wall, but some weatherstripping on top of the front bed rail (below the window) fixed that.
I have a contact that offers great prices on Bakflip and Bedrugs, just email me for the details.
Ordered a Bakflip F1 and a Bedrug. Now its time to remove the liner.
As you can see from this picture, it looks like the liner is tucked in under the "lip" (what do you call that?) that runs along each side of the bed on top. Do I need to remove those first? If so, how do you get them off?
1. Remove the tie downs.
2. Standing at the tailgate end of the bed, lift up the center of the drop-in as high as you can. A second person should then push the sides of the bedliner down to clear the bed rails.
3. Once the sides are clear of the bed rails, lift up and slide out.
