Took delivery on Saturday of my 2010 F150 Lariat Supercrew! My dealer had to go get it from another dealer in another state. Took me a long time to find one with all the options, and the paint I wanted (Red Candy Metallic & lower two-tone). What we didn't know until the flatbed pulled up at the dealer is that the other dealer installed the Ford bedliner.
I'm going to get a tonneau cover and carpet the bed, so how difficult will it be to remove the bedliner? Did they have to drill any holes to install it? Does anyone have a link to the installation manual?
Pops right in - no fasteners but having a buddy to help yank it out will be needed. The tailgate portion has a few bolts to unscrew than reinstall afterwards. Can I have the bedliner as pay for my insight?
you need to remove the cargo hooks in the bed first than at the rear edge of the liner near the tailgate, lift the center of the liner strait up and it will pull right out
Why remove it? I have a tonno cover but no carpet, and it works great! I like the set up and it is easy to clean when needed.
The liner will pop out with removal of the hooks. I had a liner in a different truck, and removed it a few times to clean, it had no hooks and came out quick. I usually pulled up in the middle to let the sides droop down, and then it came out with ease. I would recommend leaving the tailgate portion on, that would be better protection on that.

That is why they end up as kites with a short flight plan on the freeway.
I have a Bedrug in my 6.5' SCrew, underneath an ARE DCU topper. I love it. I think I paid $300 installed for mine, but it was part of the topper/rug/tint package, so they were getting lots of money from me!
I just paid $265 at Ford to get a bedliner "installed." Have never seen one on the side of the road here in NY and I'm hoping my toolbox will keep it in place. Don't drive too close behind me!
It was a cheaper one to get me thru a winter about $200, and it is snapless, using the plastic clips. I wanted to get thru the winter of 06 and get a decent one, but this one has held up much better than my last one. It is easy to roll up when I need to get oversized stuff in the back. 3½ years later and I have not replaced it yet. Just need to install a foam seal in the front of the box to prevent water from coming in. I installed the cover to keep snow out of the box and then melting in the garage.
I have pictures somewhere, I will have to find them!
BTW, those are black bungie cords on the sides of my bed. Don't want you to think it is a wrinkle in the Bedrug.
Wow. That's a sweet setup! Any problems with water leakage with the BacFlip? I'm trying to decide between that and a hard-shell ARE or Leer. Have you been in a real hard rain, either parked on while driving?
