Yes. You'll have to move the AC condenser a little to get the outlet around the lines, but it'll go. Check with Clay for the boot you need.
EDIT: If you have an Auto Trans, you'll need a different cooler though. The lines off the stocker go right where the extra length of the IC stick down.

Thanks, Joe. I'm starting to see a couple of 6.0 IC's pop up on CL around here and was wondering if this will be a good fit for my rig. I do tow a moderate sized 5'ver and at the altitudes that I tow in, I want every advantage I can get.
I got mine for $150 and I think it's a great upgrade!! My truck is a work truck tho.. If you use your truck to make $$$ then it is very cost effective.
If you are dropping big $$$ on hybrids, H2E or T4 turbo set up and big oil then you prob got the $$$ to drop on a $1200 IC..
Water Injection is another good addition.

When I installed mine I was running stage 2 injectors and a Van turbo... Saw less then a 50* drop when pulling and nothing empty.
There are very nice all metal IC's out there for less then $700 that give you a real loss in EGT's.
And BTW...Mine is a work truck, pulls more weight then most every day, day in and day out.
What part of I am running one did you miss?

There are some pic's for you, the 7.3 is wider for the core, but the 6.0 is taller and thicker. It flows about 20% more at best.

Any thoughts?

If you need a big drop, then spend the $$$, like Joe said. If not, a good deal on the 6.0L is okay. My van turbo made the biggest difference in my EGTs. I was able to get over 1500 with stock sticks. After the turbo & IC, I could barely get to 1300. Now I can really spike them again with the hybrids.
PM DeputyDog on here... He has a diesel site and sells a all metal IC for, IIRC, 600-800...
