Blend door motor?
I have a 2003 EB Expy. I had my windshield replaced recently due to a rock on the highway. Anyways, the problem I have is when my AC is on I have it set to the vents it works fine...until i get to a stop light, then when I leave the light the air starts coming out of the defroster until I get up to speed. It seems to me like the blend door motor is either not working, disconnected or the gear is stripped or something because it definitely seems like the door is acting on inertia when i accelerate or decelerate too. Maybe the fact that this started happening once Safelite replaced my windshield is coincidence but maybe not. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I took so long to get back... You were EXACTLY right! There was a vaccuum leak. It was on the intake, on the left a .25" line was just dangling. I put it back on and PRESTO! it works correctly. Thanks so much!
