I would say do a regulated return instead of a FRx kit (FRx = Fuel Rail Crossover)
I hear my favorite vendor has a RR in the works too!

Is the 26 row just as good as the 31 row? I know either is way bigger than I have now, but my understanding is the 26 row is standard on newer models and the 31 row is older, but I see more 31 row than 26 row on ebay.

Mark K says they're both as good. The 26-row is a bit more efficient making up the difference in size. I have the 26-row and my "normal" summer temps went from 190ish to 140, empty. A solid 50 deg drop and worth every penny, IMHO.
