Remote Keyless Entry Does Not Work

I took my Expedition to the shop to fix the "air suspension splice." When I got it back I noticed the "range" of my remote keyless entry to diminish to nothing. I have to point the remote at the steering wheel area for it to work. I have looked under the dash and found the module that runs the keyless entry system. I have also changed the batteries in both my remotes. The problem still exists. Any ideas???

power door locks and keyless entry

My door locks started slowing down on my 2000 f-150 and the key pad quit working. It will barely move the locks when you try buttons or keypad. Seems like you can hear something clicking under the dash. Are they some kind of relay under the dash that is serviceable.
