if your talking about the keypad on the drivers door. the 5 digit code for it is on a module under the dash. on my '99 it was just above the brake pedal.
Basically, you climb in, shut and unlock the doors and then do the following:
a) turn your key from off to ACC 8 times in 10 seconds ending with the key in ACC mode. THe doors will lock and unlock to signal it's in programming mode.
b) press any key on each remote you want to program. The doors will again do their thing (lock and unlock)
c) turn the ignition off (doors again do their thing).
Does anyone know where I can purchase a keyless entry unit, not the pad just the keyless entry unit. Best Buy has them for $125.00 plus wires for $25, install is free? Is there somewhere else I can go for a cheaper deal?
If you're talking about the keychain fob remote, you can get them on eBay. I bought one for about $15.
One thing left out of the instructions -- you will need to hit a key on ALL your fobs, not just your new ones. I programmed my new one only, and found out my old one wouldn't work anymore!
