I found that here (Your Premiere Source for Ford Truck Parts and Accessories) still has the best prices per unit. I admit, I haven't shopped for some lately since I still have a spare on the shelf that needs to go in my truck. I also think Ed and Clay carry them for a few bucks more. These are the OEM replacements that require the separate lid.
