Impala? And you put a picture of it on the FTE forum? Man your one brave man! I'll be nice though, I like tires on the Impala. It didn't bother you too purchase a Government Motors vehicle? Oh yeah, I say go buy that Ex if it's everything that you said! These kind of trucks are no longer going to be made and it could be valuable in the future when some large family is looking for one! Cha ching!
I guess I knew it was coming, varying opinions again!!!
The Excursion is in a climate controlled garage. Heated in the winter, air conditioned in the summer. There are also house cats present, so I don't think small creatures have been a problem.
If I don't buy this, my brother wants second choice on it. I need this thing like I need a hole in my head. I haven't driven my Excursion for 60 days, and I just bought a new Impala the other day.
I just wanted to see the Impala on page 3 of this thread again!
Awwwwww c'mon.... Gee whiz....We're still waiting for the price and Pix...
We have my late BIL's '88 Mustang GT Convert,14K miles, that only gets driven a couple times a year and I never have any problems with it.. It starts right up and runs fine. The one I want is the MIL car,1970 Mercedes 250C w/70K,and the only problem with that is the radiator cap stuck and then the neck broke off the other day. She hasn't driven it for about 20 years and I think the gas in it is about 10 Y/O. I do start it and run it and take it in for it's LOF every couple of years tho.
Something has happened to the lady. There is no answer at her phone. So, I drove out to her house. Her neighbors don't know me from Adam, even though I was purchasing the Excursion from her, so they wouldn't share much information about her not being home. I suppose she had to go out of town for a few days.
