DP Tuner Question???

I am using an OBA. When Jody live tuned my truck he did the 'no codes'. After the tuning I took the OBA off thinking I wouldn't need it and instantly set the SES light. I still have to run the OBA to prevent that, which is no big deal, but I think that's the question at hand. If they are no codes tunes, why do I still get one of those 3 codes if I don't run an OBA?

I have different tunes on my chip. On my ScanGauge, some of them show ~15psi max, others show 21psi max (where my OBA is set). At idle, some show -2psi, others show 0. Obviously, there was some fooling around with that in the tunes I have.

I'm saying it's what I had to do. And I know of quite a few others that still had to add an OBA even with the no codes tunes.

I have no code tunes and set my light off easy for boost. No I do not have the OBA I didnt think I would need it with NO CODE TUNES so whats the point of having NCT?

I like my daily, tow, heavy tow, race and dragb... works for me...

Dang it looks like you dont care for a DP tuning. By the way you forgot the 80 race and the 80 ex smoke and also the 80 over 400hp but not much over. Maybe we can get more soon.

Wow, I just read this entire thread and I'm still thinking it's in Greek!
I now have to go back and read about each one of the acronyms you guys used!
I'm wanting a tuner but not if I have to spend three days just to read a thread about why/why not to buy it. LOL
