Blinking off light

1999 F350, off light on OD blinking and speedo not working. Could this be a bad sensor on rear hub??

The OD off light blinking means your trans is in safe or limp mode which isnt good. It could be speed sensor related but im not sure. Wish I could help a little more

Mine acted the same way a couple of years ago.. It was VSS sensor on the top of the rear end... go to Napa and get p/n 530780, around $11 ...(they call it a ABS sensor).. But, first check all the wiring to the connector and the connector for damage..
