Is anyone running these? How do they handle and how noisy are they at interstate speeds? I've been waiting a month for Bridgestone Dueller A/T's that I ordered but am just about ready to cancel and go with something else. I'm guessing I have to stay with the stock size of 275/70/18...don't see any other that will fit the rim and give me the extra inch I'd like to have (that's what she said). Thanks
A 295/70/18 has a min 7.5 rim width and is 34.41 OD. The 275/70/18 has a min 7 rim with at 33.27 OD. The 295 would be just a little wider and taller. I run a 295/70/17 but its about the same OD as your stock 275/70/18

I didn't see that size listed for any Good Year, Firestone or Bridgestone tire...the only dealers I have in town. I think I have it narrowed down to the Firestone M/T or Wranger MT/R Kevlar...can anyone compare and contrast for me?
I always had good luck with Firestone, I was talked out of the MT's by the service guy at the Firestone store, they dont work well in the snow. I ended up with Good year Dura tracs. 08 F350 4x4. regular cab.
I was under time constraints as I was traveling to northern Wisconsin for a ski trip so I went with the Firestone Transforce AT's...what they had in stock. They don't have the look I really wanted, but they seem to do ok.

You have been had. I have the M/T's 285 75 r16 on my 03, and I have to try to break the tires loose in the snow. seriously the best tiresl I ever used in the snow that didnt have studs. Mine are pretty dang quiet on the pavement. Louder than an at tire, a little, but very quiet for an MT. My pro comp exterrains are very loud in comparison.
The Firestone M/T are the best tires I've ever owned. Except the Originals Stones on my 01! There not loud, load range E and they are great in the mud I wish they were made in a larger size. They just cost too much and are hard to find.
