Not sure of the size & threads, but when I made up a by-pass oil filter I used the Baldwin OB1305 mounting base ($33.65) with a Baldwin B50 by-pass lube filter ($6.17)
Not sure if it will work for your application. Thanks to Springer Pop for the suggestion. I got my stuff from the local Ringhaver
