I have a problam with battery draining in my2002 f250 xltwith 7.3and only 100k .The auto elec has just about pulled the whole vehicle apart but still no luck with finding where drain is happining. All plugs have been pulled of computers radio doors alternator abs under bonnet light and they are starting to talk about burning it not really but they are running out of ideas.Can anyone help with ideas as this is starting to get expensive.

They must have at least narrowed it down to a fuse ???
If they can't find it, do what cartmanea described (yourself). Sometimes you do not get thorough work from folks (I have been there on this exact situation).
Use an ammeter and go through your fuse box. Pull each fuse, insert ammeter to check current through that circuit, repeat for all fuses. Do this with the engine off and after the door has been open long enough for the dome lights to go out.
Couldn't you do this with the fuses in? I think most fuses have a little opening where you can get a MM in.

The ammeter has to go in place of the fuse so the current flows through it. If you try measuring with the fuse in place the current will go through the fuse and not through the meter and it will not measure anything. Those points are for measuring voltage.
think they have found the problam it is the printed board that goes on the back of fuse box . ?
it is in the 15 fuse that they are saying is problam can this be right as new board is $1500 au bloody expencive
