Your 02 HPOP is not old. If you have a way to monitor ICP during your runs you will probably see the 140 tune go flat or most likely fall. Not anything new. If it does the latter, don't hate your HPOP. Your stock HPOP is not known to keep up with 1xx performance tunes. Mine wouldn't keep up with 80e.
3rd, it will drop out of OD unless you have jodys dyno tune...
I've dyno'ed a couple of times, and both times were run in OD/4th gear. The guys operating the dyno ran the truck and she never dropped down to 3rd. I'd talk to the guys running the dyno, they have probably done this once or twice before and would know best.
I would have liked to watch some of the gauges to see what was going on, but it was probably more fun to stand back and watch the truck perform.
Good luck with it, it's a lot of fun. I dyno'ed at 325hp/736tq with crappy single shot injectors and TW's tunes, most everything else was "stock".
OK did the dyno thing yesterday
1st pull was stock(forgot numbers)
2nd pull 140 tune 292 hp 539 tq
3rd pull 80 econ 288 hp 556 tq dont know why i have more tq in the lower tune
I was hopeing to be in the 3 bill catagory,it's a little shy of it but a least i put down more then a 12v cummins w 90 hp injectors.....
What happened?? To be honest, those numbers kind of suck. Mine rolled 311/681 on 120R, and 290/600 on 80E with very similar mods to yours at the time. What kind of dyno and what gear did you use? Mine was run with OD on -- I just looked, and I thought it was 3rd, but it was indeed in OD.

Yah Joe it does suck.I was driving my own truck left it out of OD spun her up to about 50MPH till the converter locked and nailed to red line. BTW it was a dyno jet.
Probably could have gotten a little over 300 if you ran it in overdrive, loaded the engine more. I don't know one way or the other.
I'm glad the guys running the dyno ran the trucks also when I did my runs.
