Some things come to mind with the Le Car though:
1) I would not be smiling if I had to drive one.
2) The idiot that thought three lugs holding each wheel on was a good idea should be shot.
3) Yet more proof that poop doesn't buff.
Guys, I'll say my piece and let you all run with it but I have some news.
I thought as you all do at one time. "Silly little things should be banned... people are gonna die in these things left and right." Then my sister bought/ordered one. In the months while she awaited its arrival from across the pond I did some serious research... she's my sister after all.
To my surprise and chagrin, the d@mned things are stupid safe. The black portion of the car that you can see around the rest of the body color is three-wall corrugated, full-seam welded steel cage. They hold up against larger vehicles and large objects far better than anything else I have ever seen in such a small package.
Well since my post was surreptitiously edited I'll walk away. I made the point about the lugs and the fact that it couldn't be a Smart in my original post. Glad the moderators in the forums I hang out in don't pull these stunts.
