well before you just replace them go pull that cover off the center of the valve cover and pull a few coils out especially number 2 look for oil on the boot or in the holes. if you have any oil you will need to replace your valve cover gaskets along with the o-rings in the center of the cover

I replaced #2 Coil and she fired up and is running good. That was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Gives me a little more time to get things together for a full blown tune up now. There was some oil in the plug holes. Canyou pull the valvecovers with the engine in the Vehicle? The next thing on the list is to fix the Power Steering.

yes you can pull the covers in the trucks
